To learn more about our business, please visit and About the Role We are looking for an aspiring and enthusiastic Production Operator to join our Team at Moorooka. The successful candidate will be trained in all aspects of Milling production, set up for long-term success with Mauri. This role will work in accordance with a rotating roster shift pattern, requiring both night and day shifts. Support leaders in troubleshooting production situations. Ensure all daily production shift reports are accurately completed. Drive safety and continuous improvement in our Mill. Provide developmental support and mentoring throughout the learning process. What we will like from you Interest in the milling and bakery business Eagerness to learn the art of Flour Milling Process-driven attitude and problem-solving skillset.
