Production Operator / Food Process Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Operator / Food Process Worker to join our operations at our small-scale poultry food manufacturing plant. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment, processing, packaging and quality assurance of items.
Key Responsibilities: Operating production machinery and adjusting equipment to track gauge readings Keep track of cleaning and maintenance of machines to keep them in good working order Plan and schedule production runs based on demands forecast, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers Continuously evaluate production processes to identify areas for improvement Implement new strategies or technologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs Qualifications: At least a relevant AQF Certificate II qualification or equivalent; or 1 year of relevant work experience to substitute the qualification Proven experience as a Food process worker, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of poultry processing and food safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
