The Role The Role  Reporting into the shift supervisor you will be working a 12hr rotating shift (7am- 7pm & 7pm-7am) and the key responsibilities of the role will include but are not limited to:  Maintaining safety, quality, and manufacturing standards Operating high speed machinery including: performing changeovers troubleshooting machine adjustments basic maintenance tasks Reading & following SOP's Contributing to our approach of continuous improvement and helping to achieve world class operational performance   Key Responsibilities What we are looking for  Strong communication skills Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude Teamwork Availability to work across 24hr rotating shift patterns  Manufacturing experience is advantageous however not essential  Be able to meet requirements of Orora's pre-employment medical which includes drug & alcohol testing  About You What we offer  Site typically operates a 24/7 roster which offers competitive hourly rates/allowances/weekend penalties - earning circa $100k + super + overtime.  7-day roster allows for condensed working weeks - this gives you 2 to 5 days off each week, and every second weekend off.  Additional hours worked outside of the rosters will be paid at overtime rates The site has an incentive program which is paid 4 times per year  Full training in machine safety, product quality and equipment operation  Professional and friendly work environment driven by our clear values and behaviours  Access to our reward and recognition program which recognise outstanding achievements of all employees  How to Apply   How to Apply  Click on the APPLY NOW link below  Please note that only applications with the right to live and work in Australia will be considered for this position.
