The Role We've just acquired AusChem – a specialist in solvent distribution and speciality chemical solutions in Wetherill Park and are looking to grow the production team.
Tyre shine, disinfectants, nail polish remover and many types of paints and coatings are just a few of the consumer goods our raw chemicals help make.
The Position Full time permanent position.Monday to Friday 6am – 2:06pm.Reporting to the Production Manager.Picking of raw materials to make batches of custom liquid chemicals (Class 3 Flammables).Mixing chemical blends to varying concentrations as per specifications.Pumping of chemicals into bulk-tanker trucks and packages ranging from 5 litres to 1,000 litres.Operating a forklift to pick materials and load/unload trucks and containers.Maintaining a clean and tidy production area and ensuring the site is kept clear of hazards.About you Previous experience working with chemicals/flammable liquids in an industrial environmentHold a current Australian forklift licence (LF)Applicants holding a current Heavy Rigid (HR) licence will be reviewed favourablyExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent attention to detail as paperwork is involved in this positionPhysically fit and comfortable with manual heavy lifting (25kg)A commitment to ensuring safe operations and procedures are adhered to at all times2x contactable references and able to pass a police check.Rewards Competitive salary package inclusive 17.5% leave loadingA Company-performance-bonus paid bi-annuallyAnnual Salary reviewJoining a friendly and supportive team at a time of great opportunity and growthSecure onsite parkingHow to APPLY Apply online through our websitewww.redox.com/careers Redox is an equal opportunity employer which enjoys the benefit of a diverse team.
