We are looking for Production Operatives to join our growing team in Kirkham, on a permanent fixed night shift contract. Hourly rate equivalent to £14.64-15.33! Our Production Operatives work on fast paced moving lines, making products to the speed of the conveyor, and also complete hygiene duties. You will be responsible for:
Assembling, packing and dispatching our product rangeCompleting intervention cleandowns using chemicals and according to standard operating proceduresWorking as a team to follow the daily production plan, set up the production line and carry out checksAct in a responsibly manner to follow Health & Safety and Technical regulationsReport any quality, hygiene, or other issues to Line Leader promptly to minimise downtimeComply with all policies and proceduresEmployees must co-operate with their training, asking questions and ensuring they feel satisfied in relation to all aspects of the area and line.Reporting any accidents or near misses as per the accident policyOther duties as specified by your line managerPersonal Attributes: A team player that works well with others, and has the ability to work aloneHas good work ethic and willingness to learn new skillsFlexible to adapt to the business needsHighly motivated and enthusiasticGood communication skillsIs reliable and committed to their roleStrives to deliver high quality productsSuccessful candidates must be flexible to the needs of the business on a day to day basis, and in return we will offer steady employment, wages paid weekly, opportunities for progression and training, occasional overtime as well as:
