We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Production Operators working for a top performing surface technology company in Swindon.About the RoleYou will be working in a busy production environment on the preparation of components prior to coating.Ensuring standard operating procedures and job safety analysis are adhered to at all times.Finishing the components post coating using finishing processes.Cleaning and maintaining work area and equipment.About YouMachining operations or manufacturing experience is required.You have good practical skills and the ability to work quickly and methodically.You have a demonstrable ability to deliver responsibilities in line with safety, quality and productivity targets.Have good strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.What's in it for youWeekly pay.Employee of the month.Navigate + App.Shopping discounts.24/7 GP Service.Health and well being support.Pension.Job Types: Full-time, Temp to perm.Pay: £12.50 per hour.
