Requirements• Ability to plan, organise and anticipate demands relating to works tasks, materials, and packaging requirements to optimise production line delivery and efficiencies.• Self-sufficient, able to work well on own initiative and proactively solve problems to deliver targets.• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions while keeping production line paperwork up to date.• Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality/standards.• Work in a safe manner and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental Policies.• Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines.• Demonstrate 'right first time' and 5S methodology and standards to drive continuous improvements.• Good level of general education.
