We are looking for a skilled and organized Production Manager / Smallgoodsman to join our team and drive our production operations to the next level.Role OverviewThis role involves overseeing daily production operations, staff management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The successful candidate will work closely with a small, dedicated team and report to the board, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
