Production Manager – Signage Industry

Comcut Group is an award-winning signage and engineering company located in Sydney's North West (Mulgrave). We are seeking a Production Manager to join our team. You will be a team leader and be involved in the co-ordination, manufacture and installation of all aspects of signage. The Position requires you to: · Be hands on in manufacture
· Have a background in fabrication
· Have knowledge in all aspects of signage manufacturing, including areas such as pylon signs digital printing, plastic and metal fabrication, and LED signs
· Prioritise workflow, communicate with production staff and supervise the production processes
· Have Flexi sign or Sign based programs experience
· Have a sound knowledge of sign installation methods and to ensure staff follow the necessary safety regulations
· Develop and manage processes and systems
· Have the ability to lead a team and mentor other team members
· Ensure a high standard of safety, quality, service and communication
· Highly organised and process driven
· Hold a current Australian driver's licence
The following would be highly regarded with knowledge in: · Welding skills
· CNC router operation
· EWP licence
