Production Manager- Night Shift

Production Shift Manager running Night Shift for a major name in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities: Take control of the night production team of 20 staff.Focus on output, safety, and producing right first time to retailer standards.Engage in Continuous Improvement (CI) and waste reduction projects when not on the shop floor.Working Hours: 10pm-6am Shift Sunday through Friday.

Client Details: The client is a food manufacturing business near Liverpool running several lines on nights.
As a result of an internal move, the business requires a Production Shift Manager for the night shift.
You will be in charge of several lines and circa 20 staff initially, which will expand to multiple lines and a full shift operation soon.

Profile: You are an experienced Production/Shift Manager/Supervisor from within food/beverage/pharmaceutical manufacturing.
You will be able to evidence running an automated line and small team and have an understanding of CI and Lean Manufacturing.
You will be flexible on shift work and excited about working for a famous food manufacturing brand.

Job Offer: Circa $125,000+ Super.
