Production Manager - Meat Wholesale

Our growing business is on the lookout for an experienced candidate with strong butchery skills, management experience and an eye for quality.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be head of the production team and will be responsible for all facets of the production room.

Skills and Experience Demonstrated manufacturing experience in a meat processing or portion control facility.
Qualified Butcher or Meat Manager experience highly regarded.
Deep experience in leadership and proven history of developing a high-performance team.
Strong work ethic, with an eye for detail and quality focus.
Clear decision-making skills, with a high level of presentation and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities Product preparation Maintain costings and controlling waste.
Preparing and cutting orders Managing production schedules within required time frames Maintaining quality control systems Working closely with the management team What we can offer you!
