Reporting to: Regional Manager Oceania
You'll be responsible for the provision of a range of management and supervisory processes, as well as day-to-day operation of the production. You'll ensure efficient and compliant operations including all aspects of Sunshade production and manufacturing compliance programs.
Your functions are: Ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate systems and cost-effective way Improving operational management systems Purchasing materials, planning inventory, and overseeing warehouse efficiency Recruiting, training, and supervising staff Finding ways to increase the quality of customer service Reviewing and approving all operational invoices and ensuring they are submitted for payment Managing relationships with local and overseas suppliers Be in charge of maintenance of factory equipment Communicating job expectations, planning, and monitoring Managing staff hours Maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, following and enforcing standards Running a safe workplace Be responsible for all aspects of vehicles Managing relationships with existing and new clients Serving as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to delivery and quality Always on standby to solve technical problems in the factory as well as on-site Working closely with Renson Management team to implement policies, procedures, and systems Purchasing the right manufacturing equipment Managing relationships with shipping companies Organizing overseas shipment, Airfreight, and Sea freight Do you have what it takes? Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar role Strong leadership and interpersonal skills In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality standards Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards Minimal bachelor degree or equal by experience Proactive and flexible work ethic, with sound judgement and ability to prioritize What's in it for you?
