West Coast Sheet Metal is looking for a bright and talented individual who has a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic attitude. This is a great opportunity for a flexible and customer-focused experienced Production Manager to become an integral part of our business.
Responsibilities: Creating, maintaining, and updating production schedules Co-ordinate and schedule daily production plans Optimising production workflow and performance Ensure efficient collaboration and co-ordination between relevant departments including procurement, distribution and management. Training and developing the production team Creating and maintaining a safe workplace Skills & Attributes: Proven experience in manufacturing management Fabrication trade background favourable Ability to interact well with internal and external customers.
