The successful candidate will have experience managing and leading teams successfully in areas including cooperage, distillery, warehousing as well as having an in depth understanding of work safe laws and local legislations and implementing WHS frameworks companywide.TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:Minimum Experience required:Managing Cooperage – with a focus on refurbishing ex fortified, and ex bourbon NMS fillingDistillery – Overseeing production plans, experience managing distilleries producing 500,000+ Lals per yearWhiskey maturation warehousing – Management of bond stores and maturing liquid, with a focus on quality.
