General Summary:
Warner Bros. Discovery Creative APAC is a multi-award-winning in-house agency creating brand identities, on-air promotions, advertising, branded content and communications for consumer, trade and corporate use across a diverse range of media platforms.
In this role, you will analyze data from monthly reports to monitor production resource usage, identify anomalies, and find solutions for utilization and reporting issues. You will ensure efficient system integration and workflow adaptation, manage daily production workloads, and troubleshoot issues to prevent budget and schedule impacts. Your responsibilities include tracking production progress, enforcing deadlines, and collaborating with internal and external teams. Strong administrative, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail. A flexible, solutions-oriented approach and effective teamwork are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities: Collation and analysis of data from monthly reports, showing breakdown and usage of production resources. A thorough understanding of the data required to identify anomalies and find solutions with utilization and reporting issues. Monitoring facilities/resource usage to identify resources under/over-utilization for escalation. Monitoring of budget spending and ability to report as required. Hands-on point person for production systems development and implementation. Ensuring systems work efficiently and integrate effectively, minimizing double handling of data and improving overall production management, tracking, and efficiency. Adaption and integration of production workflows with internal team and external resources. Familiarity with all systems used by the production team. Ensuring effective management of the department's daily production workload; covering all stages of production from conception to final delivery for transmission, digital and social platforms, marketing collaterals for all platforms including events. Assisting with the assignment of workloads/projects and scheduling of bookings. Troubleshooting – identifying and solving issues before they impact budgets and delivery schedules. Vetting briefs, determining scope and viability while managing the delivery of projects within budget and according to deadlines. Monitoring the day-to-day work in progress with the Creative Services Team. Tracking production, enforcing deadlines, and escalating issues when required. Qualities Required: Display high-level of administrative, analytical, and organizational skills, in a digital & broadcasting environment including capacity to prioritize and effectively manage workflow and output; familiarity with production processes including resource management is needed. Exhibit a strong aptitude for teamwork while paying close attention to work in progress, monitoring, troubleshooting, and enforcing deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial; able to work in a fast-paced and changeable environment, adept at working to deadlines in stressful situations all while remaining an enthusiastic team player. Must have a mentality that is flexible, agile, and solutions-oriented, adept at troubleshooting. Display strategy-driven reasoning skills. Knowledge/Skills: Driven individual with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Years of experience: minimum 5 years. Knowledge and experience in Streaming, Digital & Social Media platforms. Strong communication skills; both written and verbal. Facilities utilization and management experience. Budget management experience. Vendor/Freelancer management experience. Understanding of scheduling systems such as IBMS, iBroadcast. Broad knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office software. Experience in setting up and managing workflow and processes. Understanding of workflow systems such as Editshare, Asana, Monday.com.
