Job Description
Your day could look like:
Oversee daily operations of production Monitoring production outputs and minimizing downtime Ensure QA standards and WHS policies are met People management, staff allocation and rostering (currently a team of 4 and will grow) Managing the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of products Prepare and manage the department budget The Successful Applicant
Our ideal candidate has:
Production Management experience in either medical devices or pharmaceutical Strong people management experience Excellent stakeholder management skills Experience with SAP Patient specific manufacturing and CAD/CAM would be advantageous What's on Offer
