PERSOLKELLY are in partnership with our client based in Emu Plains who are a leading manufacturing company specialising in Architectural panels.Seeking a Production Manager to oversee projects within the architectural industry, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards through effective team coordination and problem-solving.Your Key Responsibilities will be:Supervise and manage production tasks and a team of up to 20 people, helping them learn different skillsCommunicate between the office and factoryDevelop and maintain production schedules, monitor productivity, and manage dispatchHandle inventory management and coordinate the ordering of raw materialsUtilize your expertise in CNC programming, quality improvement, and regular maintenance to drive operational excellenceReporting and liaising with the General Manager to expand production capabilities, aiming to enhance offerings and revenueWhat you will bring to the role:Ability to manage a teamExperienced in manufacturing and managing teamsKnowledge of 5S, quality control, standard procedures, balanced production, and DMAIC is helpful.Actively involved in making things betterResponsible and takes initiativeExperience with CAD, CAM, or painting is a bonusSpeaking both English and Mandarin is preferred but not essentialSkills and Experience:Exceptional time management and organizational skillsExperience working with store liningsExperience working on or with CNC machinesMinimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar roleEssential Requirments:Must be able to undertake a MedicalMust have Driver's license and vehicleAvailable to work 5 days a week (Monday to Friday)HOW TO APPLY:Click "APPLY NOW" to register for this role.
