To control production for our sublimation category. Working closely with the Head of Customisation to establish and continually evolve a sublimation product offering that aligns with brand guidelines and exceeds customers' expectations.
POSITION PURPOSE Customer experience is everything!
This position is responsible for ensuring the quality and delivery of the sublimation offering continually adds to our customers overall experience with the family of Fashion Biz brands.
This is a new role for Fashion Biz as the company launches its new Sublimation product category to the market. The role is vital to ensure our offering reflects our customers' needs, resulting in a great customer experience that Fashion Biz is known for delivering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 2.1 Production Management Establish and Manage production timelines with vendors in line with GTM expectations as directed by Head of Customisation. Responsible for managing logistics timeline and cost from vendor to Warehouse. Work cross functionally across existing Fashion Biz brands to ensure we leverage existing skills and knowledge to drive a continual improvement mindset within the Customisation team. Responsible for delivering budgeted intake margin by effectively managing vendor / garment costs. Responsible for delivering product range inline with margin expectations set by Head of Customisation. Continuously maintain production timelines, proactively communicating amendments as required to commercial team and customers. Hold regular WIP meetings to ensure all new product is running on time, is as requested and help troubleshoot as required. Work with QA/QC to understand all quality issues and to ensure they are eliminated in future new product developments or current range re-orders. Assist Head of Customisation with the implementation and management of order management software. Responsible for the hiring, onboarding and management of Graphic Artist resources. Performs product life cycle analysis and reports to Head of Customisation on suggestions for corrective / appropriate action. Establishes and maintains open communication channels with Sales and Customer Service Teams to ensure regular and two-way feedback. Work with the Production and Inventory Team to ensure up to date information regarding critical path and production schedule. 3. POSITION COMPETENCIES Qualifications, Skills and Experience In depth experience in order flow and process management. Strong ability to manage vendors to achieve production timelines and costs. Computer Skills including MS Office Suites and Creative suit, such as Illustrator.
Demonstrated understanding of manufacturing procedures, specifically sublimation. Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar roles. Experience in garment construction highly regarded. 2.
