Position: Production Manager Orana is seeking an experienced and results-driven Production Manager to lead operations at our Netley Business Services.
In this key leadership role, you will play a pivotal role in balancing the needs of clients, staff, and stakeholders while maintaining excellence in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence : Oversee all production and warehouse management functions at the Netley site, develop and manage budgets, and ensure operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, families, government agencies, educational institutions, and the local community.
Operational Planning : Manage work schedules, labour planning, and daily operations, addressing any issues promptly.
Quality & Compliance : Set production KPIs, conduct quality assessments, and ensure compliance with WHS standards, ISO certifications, Food Safety Programs, and NDIS regulations.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team, including employees with disabilities, focusing on recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation.
Project Management : Identify new business opportunities, oversee resource and equipment management, and lead continuous process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Significant experience in a production environment with a strong commercial and customer focus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
Proven track record in production or service delivery environments, including experience with budget management and business planning.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience in project management and working within Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
