You can view some of our work at www.saltairmodular.com.au.Position Overview:The Production Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Saltair Modular production facility, ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement in production practices.Key Responsibilities:Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet project deadlines and production targets.Team Management: Lead and manage the production team, including procurement manager, logistics manager, and foreman, ensuring that all team members are working effectively and safely.Quality Control: Oversee quality control processes, ensuring that all products meet Saltair's high standards of quality and compliance with industry regulations.Process Optimisation: Continuously assess and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.Safety Compliance: Ensure all production activities comply with WHS standards and company safety protocols.
