Duties and responsibilities include:
Manage, train and lead production staff. Facilitate induction and development of new team members Assist with the successful running of day-to-day production Ensuring customer's orders are completed in full and on time Actively promote Quality Assurance/ Quality Control requirements and maintain Approved Arrangement system Actively promote company Safety, Health and Environmental policies to a high standard Manage production equipment, stocks and consumables Manage scheduled maintenance programs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in a production management role Experience in managing a manufacturing facility with a proven track record of achieving positive operational outcomes Strong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate cross functionally to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders Experience in working within Quality Management Systems (HACCP).
