Production Manager

Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) Full time As a leader within the business, you will drive best practice and continuous improvement initiatives to maximise efficiencies and improve operational performance.
With a focus on safety and a passion for quality, you will partner with stakeholders to deliver consistent results.
Duties and responsibilities include: Manage, train and lead production staff.
Facilitate induction and development of new team members.
Assist with the successful running of day-to-day production.
Ensuring customer's orders are completed in full and on time.
Actively promote Quality Assurance/Quality Control requirements and maintain Approved Arrangement system.
Actively promote company Safety, Health and Environmental policies to a high standard.
Manage production equipment, stocks and consumables.
Manage scheduled maintenance programs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a production management role.
Experience in managing a manufacturing facility with a proven track record of achieving positive operational outcomes.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate cross-functionally to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholders.
Experience in working within Quality Management Systems (HACCP).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
