About the role
As a Production Manager at Quin Global APAC, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility in Queanbeyan, NSW.
This is a full-time position, and you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and effective production of our high-quality products.
What you'll be doing Manage and coordinate the production team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targetsOversee the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiativesDrive Safety ImprovementsEnsure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsMonitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce wasteCollaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to align production with business needsProvide leadership, training, and support to the production team to maintain high standards of quality and productivityAnalyze production data and generate reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvementWhat we're looking for Minimum 5 years of experience in a production management or supervisory role within the manufacturing industryStrong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologiesExcellent problem-solving, decision-making, and critical thinking skillsAbility to lead and motivate a team to achieve production goalsProficient in using production management software and data analysis toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsRelevant tertiary qualification in engineering, manufacturing, or a related fieldWhat we offer
