Reporting to: Regional Manager Oceania
You'll be responsible for the provision of a range of management and supervisory processes, as well as day-to-day operation of the production. You'll ensure efficient and compliant operations including all aspects of Sunshade production and manufacturing compliance programs.
Your functions are: Ensuring all operations are carried out in an appropriate systems and cost-effective wayImproving operational management systemsPurchasing materials, planning inventory, and overseeing warehouse efficiencyRecruiting, training, and supervising staffFinding ways to increase the quality of customer serviceReviewing and approving all operational invoices and ensuring they are submitted for paymentManaging relationships with local and overseas suppliersBe in charge of maintenance of factory equipmentCommunicating job expectations, planning, and monitoringManaging staff hoursMaintaining a safe and healthy work environment, following and enforcing standardsRunning a safe workplaceBe responsible for all aspects of vehiclesManaging relationships with existing and new clientsServing as primary point of contact when there are customer issues related to delivery and qualityAlways on standby to solve technical problems in the factory as well as on-siteWorking closely with Renson Management team to implement policies, procedures, and systemsPurchasing the right manufacturing equipmentManaging relationships with shipping companiesOrganizing overseas shipment, Airfreight, and Sea freightDo you have what it takes? Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar roleStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsIn-depth knowledge of production processes and quality standardsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesFamiliarity with industry regulations and safety standardsMinimal bachelor degree or equal by experienceProactive and flexible work ethic, with sound judgement and ability to prioritizeWhat's in it for you?
