Due to fast growth they are looking for an experienced Production Manager to join there teamABOUT THE ROLEIn your new role you will be responsible for long, medium and short term production planning to meet customer demand and quality requirements within the framework of the quarry development plan and available resources.DUTIESDevelop a detailed budget daily and product level cost of production targetsPlan quarry and process operation across Townsville sitesMaintain a 3 month drill and blast schedule with detailed layout, volumes, supplier availability, and optimize costingsManage each drill and blast from planning to execution with a focus on ensuring compliance and best value operationsCreate and maintain a detailed maintenance plan for all site plant and equipmentDevelop, monitor and maintain safety systems, production planning and production ratesSchedule and coordinate resources and plant across the quarry to meet production targets and deadlines.Completion of production reportsEnsure production is tested inline with the provided ITP'sWork with the sales and technical team to drive customer satisfaction and complianceSKILLS & EXPERIENCEExperience as a Production manager or similarKnowledge of the industry and safety regulationsAbility to identify and resolve issuesPrevious experience working in constructionBENEFITSOpportunity to join one of North Queensland's leading companiesCompetitive salary packageSecurity of a permanent roleHOW TO APPLYClick APPLY or contact Keeley on 0452 601 251 for a confidential discussion.Desired Skills and Experience* Experience as a Production manager or similar* Knowledge of the industry and safety regulations* Ability to identify and resolve issues* Previous experience working in construction#J-18808-Ljbffr
