The OpportunityWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop/ Production Manager to join the team in Micra Breadalbane
You will be responsible in ensuring the smooth running of the workshop and that the appropriate method of repair is adhered to, estimate is followed and that quality is paramount.
You will be supporting the Centre Manager and managing and guiding production staff within our collision repair workshop. Develop and progress your automotive leadership skills.

Automotive industry experience is essential. Permanent position with an industry leader.
Ensure the site remains a safe working environment for all staffProcess vehicles upon arrivalAssist with the ordering and receipting of parts, paint and consumablesManage the repair process to ensure timely, cost effective quality repairs are carried outManage the production of the site to meet the set productivity targets and customer expectationsAssist in the management of the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfactionOversee the housekeeping within the workshopDoes this sound like you?
