Supporting start up plant for global medical devices businessSalary: $140-160k + superAbout Our ClientOur client is a globally renowned organisation in the med device industry, with over 5000 employees worldwide.Job DescriptionYour day could look like:Oversee daily operations of productionMonitoring production outputs and minimizing downtimeEnsure QA standards and WHS policies are metPeople management, staff allocation and rostering (currently a team of 4 and will grow)Managing the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of productsPrepare and manage the department budgetThe Successful ApplicantOur ideal candidate has:Production Management experience in either medical devices or pharmaceuticalStrong people management experienceExcellent stakeholder management skillsExperience with SAPPatient specific manufacturing and CAD/CAM would be advantageousWhat's on OfferIn return you will receive:Competitive salary - $140-160k + superGlobal business with strong growth plans for AustraliaLots of investment in the site and opportunity to work on multiple projects
