Madura Tea Estates is a long-time participant in the FMCG sector of retail.
Established in 1978, Madura Tea runs a modern tea blending and manufacturing facility in Northern NSW.
The Role Madura Tea is seeking a highly motivated and experienced full-time Production Manager to lead our business.
The Production Manager holds overall responsibility for all matters related to inventory, both raw materials and finished goods, in addition to assisting the Factory Manager in the planning of the production flow through the factory and reporting to/liaising with the directors.
About You Relevant experience in a Manufacturing/Processing industry is essential.
Proven experience and solid knowledge of HACCP and Quality Management Systems.
Proven experience with production in a fast-paced FMCG/Packaging environment is highly desirable.
Experience in a 2IC or supervisory position, operating autonomously, delivering measurable outcomes & improvement.
Strong leadership skills, with the capability to make decisions & communicate effectively across areas of accountability.
The ability to motivate line staff as well as drive continuous improvement initiatives in your area.
Experience in leading, developing, engaging, and motivating a team.
Ability to manage work schedules unsupervised.
Computer skills are essential, including Excel.
