Job Description Your day could look like:
Oversee daily operations of productionMonitoring production outputs and minimizing downtimeEnsure QA standards and WHS policies are metPeople management, staff allocation and rostering (currently a team of 4 and will grow)Managing the production schedule to ensure timely delivery of productsPrepare and manage the department budgetThe Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate has:
Production Management experience in either medical devices or pharmaceuticalStrong people management experienceExcellent stakeholder management skillsExperience with SAPPatient specific manufacturing and CAD/CAM would be advantageousWhat's on Offer In return you will receive:
