The Opportunity
We're seeking passionateProduction/ Workshop Managersto join our dynamic AMA Collision teams and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our collision repair workshop. You'll oversee repair methods, quality assurance, and ensure estimates are followed, all while making quality the top priority.

Does this sound like you?
Minimum 2 years previous experience in similar management role within the collision repair industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to set and adhere to deadlines
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve
Strong organisational skills and the ability to delegate tasks.
Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications in particular excel
The ability to motivate, manage and get the best out of your team
Commitment to making safety the top priority for yourself, colleagues, and customers.
