Our aim is to provide a direct alternative to landfill with a strong focus on what our customers need and how we can achieve the highest rate of recycling in WA.Processing is a newly created role and is pivotal to the business improvement plan currently in play.
In this role, you will be responsible for the safety, productivity, and preventative/corrective maintenance of our Construction and Demolition Waste Recycling Plant, which includes a range of screening, conveying, and direct manual sorting equipment and personnel.
In conjunction with the General Manager – WA, you will develop and implement ground-up procedures which include regular maintenance shut-down activities, processing equipment improvements, staff training, and familiarization with regular minor maintenance and safety activities.You will also develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators that will inform the overall Operations Plan and provide the tools to measure the success of activities.
