About the role:
You will be working closely with the Operations Manager to keep Manufacturing Team members motivated and working to the schedule in an efficient and safe working manner.
Some key responsibilities include:
Supervising a team of 40 with assembly of frame and truss projects and products Ensuring safe operating procedure of tools and machinery in the production line Coaching manufacturers to achieve their best in their work.
Ensuring safe workplace for all staff Working with the General Manager to solve any immediate issues Quality control of all products Working as part of a wider team to reach organizational goals.
In addition the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria:
Knowledge & understanding of the building & construction industry Possess excellent communication skills Problem solving skills, initiative with a solution-based attitude Experience in a similar role for 2 – 4 years.
Possess the ability to multitask & prioritize The ability to work independently We believe everyone enjoys their work more when they know they are doing their best and are recognized when doing so.
