Facilitate induction and development of new team membersAssist with the successful running of day-to-day productionEnsuring customer's orders are completed in full and on timeActively promote Quality Assurance/ Quality Control requirements and maintain Approved Arrangement systemActively promote company Safety, Health and Environmental policies to a high standardManage production equipment, stocks and consumablesManage scheduled maintenance programs on a daily, weekly and monthly basisExperience:Minimum of 3 years in a production management roleExperience in managing a manufacturing facility with a proven track record of achieving positive operational outcomesStrong communication and problem solving skills with the ability to communicate cross functionally to build strong relationships and influence key stakeholdersExperience in working within Quality Management Systems (HACCP).Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
