PRODUCTION MANAGER
NEVERFAIL SPRING WATER (6 MONTH CONTRACT)Neverfail Spring Water is a great Australian success story and is a part of the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners group servicing approximately 70,000+ customers.
The business was created in 1987 by a Sydney based entrepreneur called Harry Hilliam and his family.
They lived on the Hawkesbury River and had a natural spring water source on his property called Neverfail as it "never failed to produce water, no matter how dry it got".

Fast forward to today and Neverfail is Australia's #1 spring water cooler business; it's an untapped gem from both a profitability and sustainability perspective and has significant possibilities to expand in the future.
In 2020, a new strategic vision was developed to lead Neverfail into its next chapter; this involves significant capital investment in systems and processes, digitizing and modernizing our customer experience, and becoming more agile in the way we deliver to our customers.

About Your New Role...We have a fabulous opportunity for an energetic and nurturing leader to join our Neverfail team at Heatherton, VIC in this Production Manager role.
This is a 6 month contract role.
Our team operate on core hours of 6am to 2pm with some flexibility required at times.
You will report to the Neverfail Operations Manager who will support you in your role as you ensure all manufacturing processes are compliant to CCEP specifications.

What You Will Be Doing...
Responsible for all site activities include safety, quality, production, maintenance, cooler servicing, despatch, etc.
Managing inventory levels and production scheduling.
Motivate and empower a small close-knit team to deliver quality and effective outcomes.
Model behaviours and leadership to drive a collaborative and results driven culture.
Manage financial costs for the site.

Experience leading teams in a factory/manufacturing/operational environment.
Experience Managing projects to schedule, scope and budget.
