Job Description Create and adhere to production schedules to meet customer demands and deadlines. Continuous monitoring of efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the production process. Develop and maintain effective quality control measures to ensure the internal and external SLA. Coordinate with suppliers to ensure a steady supply of raw materials and components. Mentor and train production engineers and production leads on areas of improvement. Implement process improvement initiatives whenever and wherever necessary. Ensure a healthy work environment and culture of adherence to safety protocols. Systematic approach to troubleshooting and reducing downtime. Monitor production costs and expenses.
