You will manage daily operations, ensuring the efficient, timely, and cost-effective fitment of accessories and manufacture of truck bodies. This role involves hands-on leadership, optimizing production workflows, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key responsibilitiesEnsure monthly production targets are met, adhering to quality standards and customer commitment timelines.Oversee production scheduling, capacity planning, and resource allocation for optimal output.Maintain an active pipeline of cost reduction initiatives, without sacrifice to the consistency of company quality standards.Monitor and adjust workflows to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.Oversee quality control processes to ensure products meet specifications and proactively identify opportunities for improvement to process efficiency.Ensure all production activities meet legislative and regulatory requirements associated with WHS and environment.Maintain oversight of quality control and assurance practices for manufacturing processes and lead the team in root cause analysis for corrective action.Support and lead your team to achieve overall strategy and business goals.Facilitate regular meetings to align inventory levels, production schedules, and any potential supply chain issues to enable operations adherence to production targets.Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting to management.About YouWe are looking for an experienced Production Manager that is ready to take their career in a new direction or leverage industry experiences.
