We are looking for a passionate and accomplished Production Manager/Designer to help bring these ambitious and bespoke creative experiences to life.
The role: Working under the direction of the Head of Production and the General Manager, while supporting the wider Production and Creative Design team, this hybrid role is responsible for the development, design, and execution of all aspects of technically challenging and intricate event projects.
From conception, research, determining the best production approach and partners, design development and onsite delivery.
Contribute to the creative concept development and preparation of all client proposalsSupport all aspects of design development of projects, including the creative of design assets, researching creative solutions, briefing and managing relevant suppliers, onsite delivery of all design aspects of projects, and stylingInterpret creative and design direction into a production reality through scoping, planning, drafting, visualising, briefing, sampling, producing, and executingContribute to improving every project by innovating more sustainable, transportive, and strategic ways to maximise client impact and investmentDraft floorplans, technical plans, and 3D production drawings to support the design, production and technical deliveryOversee and implement WH&S, risk management, building compliance and permitting requirementsManage projects with budgets up to circa $3mManaging multiple projects and tasks to deliver them on-time, on budget, and to the highest standardSource, brief and manage all production, technical and logistics suppliers and leverage those relationships to maximise value and outcomesUnwavering attention to detail and passion to deliver creative projects to the highest standards Candidate profile: You will have a minimum of 3-5 years relevant Production Design and/or Production Management experienceDegree in Architecture, Interior Design, Set Design, or related spatial design background will be highly regardedExperienced in Vectorworks or CAD is imperativeProficiency in 3D modelling and rendering is highly regardedExperienced in production, custom build, fabrication and technical (AV, lighting and rigging) aspects of experiential, spatial design or related disciplinesExperience in brand activations and live events is highly beneficialHighly developed and demonstrated project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and to balance competing priorities in a dynamic and high-profile work environmentYou will be a strategic thinker, effective collaborator and passionate about achieving excellence in all elements of your projectsEvening and/or weekend work will be required when the agency has an event onYou will be a collaborative team player, working with colleagues to constantly evolve, refine and elevate the creative vision of projects Salary & benefits: Competitive salary of $80- $120K plus super, dependent on experience and skillsetWork with globally recognised luxury brand clientsFull creativity in design processCollaborative and creative agency cultureWork from home flexibility 2 days/weekRegular optional creative team offsites and team bonding experiences #J-18808-Ljbffr
