Working in partnership with the Production Team, Lean and Manufacturing specialists, and Designers, they require an enthusiastic Supervisor / Manager with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a team of operators to drive the folding & gluing department forward.   Duties: Conducting daily meetings to support and oversee all system requirements in relation to folding and gluing  Proactively motivate and coach operators, lead by example while encouraging others to raise concerns  Help with preparation and operation of glue & folding machinery  Supervising of gluing assistants  Drive manufacturing and production processes with Lean & CI specialists as well as SHEQ - safety first culture  Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment  Manage and monitor your own and team KPI's Manage all work packs, and ensure delivery of all products meets the customer deadline dates What is required: People skills, good communicator 5 years + experience operating a Folder Gluer Machine  TAFE or time served  Ability to effectively change processes and drive operational change  If you would like to discuss the role further, please feel free to send your CV via this link an NDR consultant will be in contact, or for other opportunities check out   NDR is a leading manufacturing recruitment specialist in the Australian market.
