Production Machine Operators - Permanent Positions $80K + Super

Job description We currently have multiple opportunities for Production Operators working a rotating shift located in Laverton. These roles will see you responsible for operating and managing production machinery to convert raw paper materials into quality finished goods. You will be fully trained to assist the team in achieving all factory objectives within a safe working environment. You will be part of a crew working a 7 day roster which includes a 4 on/4 off rotation.12 hour shifts, 6am to 6pm & 6pm to 6am an average of 42 Hours per week (including 2 hours overtime) excellent EBA rates well above award and a newly signed agreement with the applicable annual increases these are genuine long term opportunities for the right candidates. Key Accountabilities • Work together with production team to achieve objectives • Follow instructions from supervisors and management • Complete tasks at allocated work centre • Communication of all relevant issues to supervisors • Report breakdowns to supervisors • Pass ideas for continuous improvement to supervisors or converting management Key Attributes • Work in a safe manner • Only operate machinery when trained or under supervision by buddy • Work in accordance to standard operating procedures • Ensure all quality procedures completed as specified •  All data is recorded and collated each day • Machines and factory floor are kept in a clean condition • Good housekeeping practices followed How to apply Please APPLY NOW by submitting your updated resume "Only suitable shortlisted candidates will be contacted"
