What You Will Be Doing

Oversee and manage the workflow of the afternoon shift, ensuring tasks are completed and adjusted as needed.Ensure all employees stay until tasks are completed, maintaining productivity.Manage the team to optimize time and resources efficiently.Call maintenance for machine breakdowns and facilitate quick repairs.Assist with coil changes on machines, helping operators stay active and productive.Operate forklifts to assist with material handling (Forklift licence required).Learn and operate machinery as needed to support the team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
