YOUR ROLE Management of staff in assigned area (including but not limited to rostering, performance management etc) Achieve the production schedule ensuring safety, quality and labour & materials standards are met. Ensure compliance with all company occupational health, safety and environment policies and work practices Managing resources and people to achieve production plan Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement projects in your area of responsibility YOUR EXPERIENCE Experience in a supervisory role and developed people management skills Previous work in a Manufacturing environment Proven experience of managing conflicting priorities and adaptability Excellent verbal and written communication skills Sound conceptual and analytical skills; root cause analysis and investigation skills.
