They will manage, review and lead team performance and productivity with a focus on execution, profitability, safety and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities Duties and responsibilities for this role include, but not limited to:
Creating and implementing a plan to improve DIFOTIS, Cycle time, Labour Utilisation and Material YieldReviewing the production plan to ensure revenue forecast and customer requirements are met in a timely mannerIdentifying and managing risks and ensuring all product and inventory systems and processes run efficiently and effectively to minimise wasteEnsuring daily and weekly production meetings in place to ensure that all Employees are aware of expectations and performance objectivesAllocating resources effectively and fully utilising assets to produce optimal resultsWorking with the Continuous Improvement Lead and Production Manager to ensure maximum efficiencies, and implement Continuous Improvement ProjectsWhat do you need to be successful in this role? Trumps not only process and pack conventional products but are also proud to be Organic Certified with ACO Accreditation
