Located at our Chefgood site in Keysborough VIC, you'll be working in a fast-paced food production environment that specialises in crafting high-quality, ready-to-heat meals. As a Production Kitchen Supervisor, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring smooth functionality and consistent, top-notch food production. In close collaboration with the Production Operations, Warehouse and FSQA teams, you will lead the kitchen area and drive continuous improvement initiatives in our food manufacturing process. Your role: Oversee and manage kitchen operations to ensure high-quality food is produced. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, food safety, and quality standards. Coordinate kitchen schedules, paperwork, and employee assignments. Drive continuous improvement initiatives for safety, quality, cost, and team morale. Lead and develop your team, ensuring efficient staffing and performance management. Minimum Requirements: Trade Qualified Chef with a minimum 3 years' experience in a similar supervisory role in a production kitchen environment. A driven leader with a passion for excellence, you're confident running the kitchen, inspiring your team, with a proven track record in managing kitchen operations, team performance and meeting production KPIs. Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and quality assurance practices. Naturally organised with excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Collaborator who works well across different teams and functions. You're looking for a unique schedule that offers flexibility to work across morning and afternoon shifts, with limited Saturday and evening requirements to meet production needs.
