Production Estimator (Project Homes)

Job Description $80,000 – $120,000 + superannuation Our client is an award-winning residential builder who over the last 30 years has ascended to being one of the largest builders within NSW, and Australia-wide. The focus is to work on providing residential homes for all levels of socioeconomic backgrounds, also from 1st time buyers, up to the higher echelon of luxury homes. The Role Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you will be accountable for overseeing the bill of quantities, as well as reviewing plans, specifications & schedules to ensure there is no information inconsistencies. You will also be acquiring quotes from suppliers & sub-contractors for labour & material costs respectively.
