They set the standards with their delivery, and have an exciting year ahead with a number of projects in the pipeline.Given their success and ongoing work, they are looking to bring on an Estimator to their team that holds medium-density experience and most importantly a positive attitude.About the Role:Complete small take offs and collate tender pricingAnalyse, negotiate and revise inclusions with trade and contractor pricingEnsure the efficient and accurate production of building estimatesCheck contract plans for accuracy prior to release for constructionCommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersComplete quantity take-offs for building materials & labourCompile and issue purchase ordersPerform estimating associated administrative dutiesSkills & Experience:Experience working on Medium-Density projects (Townhouses)Demonstrated experience as an estimator within residential constructionAbility to prioritise work, manage timeframes and hit deadlinesStrong communication skillsSound knowledge of the construction process and industry standardsProficiency with Databuild and PlanSwiftCulture & Benefits:Supportive work cultureWork for a highly-regarded builder delivering high-end townhomesLarge pipeline of projectsOpportunities for career advancementSalary up to $80K + SuperFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients please contact Denise Kostoulias on (03) 8535 3100 or click apply.
