Production Estimator

This builder/developer is looking for a Production Estimator to join their team. The company has been established for over 10 years and is very consistent with the number of homes they produce for customers annually. Due to growth, they're looking for an Estimator to join their team. This is a stable and long term work opportunity in a friendly and flexible office.

Your role as the Estimator:
BOQs, purchase orders, invoicing, excel Compiling preliminary pricing and preparing accurate base cost for projectsLiaising with the team and Estimating Manager and the external suppliers/subcontractors Take offs Databuild software What you need to fulfill the Estimating role:
1+ years with a home building company in AustraliaKnowledge and understanding of the BCA codes and council requirementsFast paced and autonomous work capabilityExcellent communication and relationship-building ability with colleagues and trades/subcontractors.What's in it for you:
