Production Estimator

Our client is renowned for building homes across South Australia and has been in the building industry for over 30 years, specialising in volume home projects.Due to growth and a forward order book of projects, they are looking for an experienced Production Estimator to join their team. You will be reporting to the Estimating Manager/Senior Estimator.Key Duties Include:Supporting internal and external stakeholders during the construction phase.Ensuring consistency between plans, documentation, and purchase orders.Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and other professionals.Ensuring estimating formats and procedures deliver optimum performance in terms of speed and accuracy.Coordination of any Variations, RFI's, EOI, and payments.The Ideal Candidate:Minimum of 5 years of local experience with a residential construction company as an Estimator.Experienced in production estimating.Tertiary qualifications in construction or a trade background.Experience using Business Craft or Bluebeam is desirable.Benefits and Role Inclusions:Experienced, friendly, and collaborative team.Centrally located office which is brand new and fosters a great team environment.Renowned builder backed by a national group.Thorough training processes to ensure success in the role.Salary up to $110K + Super depending on experience.For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Denise Kostoulias on (03) 8535 3100 or click apply.
