The role will include: Analyse current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvementResearch and test design ideas, utilising lean manufacturing principles and root-cause analysisDesign and develop robust manufacturing concepts to improve processes and ensure best practicesMonitor production metrics and adjust processes as needed to meet production goalsImplement lean manufacturing principles to streamline operations and prevent wasteEnsure all production processes comply with quality standards and regulationsLead and manage production-related projects from concept to completionCollaborate with the Managing Director on Finite Element Analysis (FEA), prototype building, performance evaluation, and issue resolutionEvaluate and integrate new technologies and automation solutions into the production processAbout you We're seeking someone with a passion for streamlining manufacturing processes, who is ready for a role with direct impact on operations.
