Production Draftsperson - Archicad

Our client is a market leader within the residential building industry. Due to an upswing in growth, they are now recruiting for an additional Draftsperson to join their established team of professionals, based on the Gold Coast. You will be professionally competent in the use of ArchiCAD and have 5+ years drafting experience working for a Volume New Home builder in a drafting capacity. You will be accurate, have an eye for detail, and be happy to work in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):Provide Contract Drawings & Construction Drawings within allocated time framesProduce/maintain standardised master drawings & structural designsDetailed analysis of all prelim information to produce accurate sittingsProduce accurate contract plan, specifications including drainage designsSupport Sales, Estimating & Drafting where neededLiaising with clients, Supervisors, Councils, etc.This is your opportunity to work in a friendly, family-type environment with an employer who has exceptional tenure with staff and provides pathways for career growth for all employees.
