This role is critical in translating strategies into actionable, market-ready campaigns, products and programmes that not only resonate with target audiences but also cement our clients as industry vanguards.Key Responsibilities:• Lead comprehensive project management initiatives, overseeing the journey from initial concept to market realization.• Drive the creative and strategic development processes, ensuring integration and alignment across various channels.• Manage production timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed quality standards.• Harness cutting-edge production management technologies and project management software to streamline workflows and enhance productivity.• Cultivate a deep understanding of the innovation process to continually push the boundaries of what is possible in brand communication and digital media.Candidate Profile:• Proven track record in senior project management and production management, with a strong portfolio in both traditional and digital brand communication and digital products development.• Extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, with a keen eye for detail and a relentless drive for excellence.• In-depth knowledge of the latest technologies in production management and familiarity with contemporary project management software.• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and direct a multidisciplinary team towards achieving shared goals.• Strategic thinker with a robust understanding of the creative and production processes in a dynamic commercial environment.Desired Qualifications:• 10+ years of Production and Project Management in creative industries.• Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CMP (Certified Management Professional), or relevant industry-specific accreditations that demonstrate a commitment to maintaining professional standards.• Experience in handling high-profile clients and maintaining strong professional relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.• Ability to work effectively in a global setting, understanding and appreciating diverse cultural perspectives and practices.• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing business environments and to manage under pressure without compromising on quality.Why Legion?• Prioritising Health and Wellness: Our office spaces are more than just workspaces.
